So, I start with a topic that I’ll craft an article on - for example, “How content marketing dovetails beautifully with email marketing.”
Here are the logical steps I follow: (I like ordered steps)
- I make bullet points of the sub-topics that I want to cover.
- I expand each bullet point into a logical section of the article.
- Once finished, I send the article to my email list (or subset).
- I then share the article on my Creator Profile (think ‘linktree’).
- I repurpose the article as a website blog post.
- I share social posts that reference the article (multiple posts per article).
- I schedule the social posts to optimise my time.
- I show up every day on LinkedIn to engage in conversations (mine and others).
I do this repeatedly and for multiple topics, including ‘content marketing’, ‘email marketing’, and ‘how to use ConvertKit’.
